The FinestFixtures Story

In 1974 a small family business specializing in home renovations was born. This company, Coordinated Kitchen and Bath, focused on delivering the finest in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, as well as a selection of kitchen and bathroom fixtures to the local Vancouver market.

In 1989, following the World Expo Fair, Coordinated Kitchen and Bath took a new direction with a new management team, and a new showroom to meet the growing demand for quality kitchen and bathroom design on Canada’s West Coast. The new team consisted of an NKBA* certified Kitchen and Bathroom Designer as well as other professionals from Europe, South Africa, and Canada. Their combined expertise and customer satisfaction, led to Coordinated Kitchen and Bath establishing itself as a leading Kitchen and Bath Design Company in Western Canada.
 
Key to the company’s services has been its growing line of bathroom and kitchen fixtures, vanities, and faucets. This line consists of products from leading international brands such as KWC, Franke, Porcher, Sigma, CantrioKoncepts, and Zucchetti; brands that Coordinated Kitchen and Bath has been carrying since the early 1990’s. 

With the growth of the Internet, it was decided in 1999 to establish an online presence with www.coordinatedkitchens.com, so as to offer greater accessibility and visibility to the company’s growing customer referral base. The success of the website, as well as increased demand for brand name kitchen and bathroom products, led to a decision to launch a new partner company better equipped to handle this demand, while still having access to the same design expertise and brands available at Coordinated Kitchen and Bath.

In 2006 www.finestfixtures.com, trading as FinestFixtures Inc., was launched through a collaborative effort involving Coordinated Kitchen and Bath’s leading team of designers, and a team of programmers and Internet experts. 

Using Open Source programming technology, secure payment platform through PayPal, secure server authentication using SSL, quick time delivery through FedEx, and longstanding relationships with our leading brand suppliers, FinestFixtures Inc. aims to deliver the best products to your door in the shortest amount of time possible, so as to assist you, the customer, in bringing the finest fixtures to your home.
