Order times vary. Shipping typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Sourcing the product can be instantaneous, but can also take up to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order, and if the products are in stock on the North American continent.

Why do you offer Paypal as your payment system? top

We offer Paypal because it is the most widely used and secure form of payment on the Internet. With Paypal your credit card information is kept secure using state of the art encryption. We have considered offering Google checkout, however, it is still only available as a beta version.

Why do I have to enter my personal information twice, once with, and then at the payment section with Paypal? top

PayPal and FinestFixtures are two different sites. PayPal is specialized in handling payments over the Internet using the highest security encryption possible, while FinestFixtures is your designated merchant.

To what countries do you ship and sell? top

We currently sell primarily in the Unites States and Canada. For areas outside of the North American continent we can arrange orders; however, they will be subject to higher than quoted shipping costs. How long does it take for an order to arrive at my door? top

Delivery time is dependent on product availability and cannot be guaranteed. When the product is in stock in North America we can ship to you in a short time frame (typically no longer than 10 days); however, if the product needs to be brought in from outside North America, it will take longer to get to your door.  We strongly recommend that you plan your order well in advance.

Do you recommend planning orders ahead of time? top

Yes, especially with high-end product, which is usually stocked in smaller quantities than lower cost bulk brands. As with any project it is always recommended to plan ahead, that way you can be assured of having your merchandise in hand when you are ready to install. Make sure your contractor does this. Finestfixtures cannot guarantee the delivery time for products.

Since is located in British Columbia, Canada, we are required to charge provincial sales tax and GST on orders shipped to customers inside British Columbia. Orders to locations inside Canada are only charged GST. Orders to the USA and Mexico are tax-free!

How does deliver orders? top

What is your policy on damaged goods? top

These warranties typically last one year, and generally include an option to replace damaged parts or products.

How do I get an invoice? top
